175th Anniversary

Although the church is only 122 years old, there has been a body of worshiping Anglicans in this area since 1848.  To the east of the village is a small cemetery - this is the site of the earliest church and the resting place of its founding families.  During 2023 St. James celebrated this anniversary with a number of special events, historical flashbacks and launch of a new ministry, "The Little Food Cupboard".
