It's hard to capture 175 years of faith in a community without long lists of dates and names - but the new history of St. James Caledon East promises to serve up its history with a good dose of humour, memories of people who served and attended the church and lots of photographs.  Parishioner Diane Allengame has been working on the project since the spring, using the parish's archives and other sources.  She notes 'the last history booklet was printed in 1978 and a lot has happened since then, including our two construction projects. I hope this publication will remind the parish of all the things they have achieved, with God's help, since 1848.'
